Privacy Policy

Overview

CancelReminder helps you track free trials, warranties, licenses, domains, memberships, and other recurring charges so you don’t get billed unexpectedly. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can delete it.

Information we collect

• Google account info — When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and a unique identifier. We use this solely to create and manage your account.
• Trial and subscription data — Service names, dates, and costs that you enter. We do not access your email, inbox, or any other account you connect to Google.
• Push notification tokens — If you enable browser notifications, we store a token to deliver alerts to your device.

How we use your data

• To display the trials, subscriptions, and renewals you add
• To send push notification alerts before a trial or renewal charges you
• To display your history and subscription tracking

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase, a managed database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure.

Data deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Doing so permanently removes all your trials, subscriptions, and other data from our systems.
